After the debacle about an un-named 2 y.o being sold out of my stable at start of year auction despite me having plenty of space (Turned out to be the best bred and she won a G1 as 2 y.o!) I decided to play 1 more season and go to every weekly auction to see if she came up for sale! The intention being to only race my 3 best horses and not breed or race 2 y.o's and then retire them to game pool and start a new game.. With just those 3, A 4 y.o filly/mare rated 138 at end of 3 y.o career and with high detoriation potential, despite winning 7 G1's 1m-1m2 she dropped to 132, and the 2 best 2 y.o's (now 3) both colts i had bred... I still managed to finish 2nd in trainers title and have the seasons best 3 y.o!.... I did not realise you had to retire to pool first!! and did not realise breeding barn horses could not be retired to pool (yet can be retired from game!) So it looks like i've got to play Season 8! I've got 21 in the breeding barn and 17 2 y.o's in my main stable, Everything else was retired!! Will try not to make that mistake next time! Oh... And did you know... As was mention in another topic about someone else losing an un-named 2 y.o at auction and saying its a shame the A.I Trainers can't name them as it looks bad as a name... U can name them! Just click on the un-named horse and name it as normal! |
