 breeding unraced 2yo
i ran a experiment recently and got a bit of a shock i sent my 2yo that had not reached there potential above 75%dark green and 96% light green put them straight to stud i used to just sell them but they are producing better offspring than the 2yo who have glittering careers and they are producing 2yo with better stats i bred unraced fillies with unraced colts and as i say the results were surprising
interesting

 Re: breeding unraced 2yo
I did this sort of experiment in SO3 Paul and it produced some awesome horses. You have a fantastic horse in Lyle.

 Re: breeding unraced 2yo
So now the question is whether to send Lyle to stud or not? His progeny might get beat by some other horses of your unraced 2yo's??

 Re: breeding unraced 2yo
So that debunks any real notion I had of having to win Most Prize money with horses and getting as close to a rating of 140??? before retiring them????
This would speed up game playing for the leagues immensely.
Not saying i would do this exclusively, but worth trying if it applies to SO6.
Just digging through old threads and found this so had to ask you.
As always, Tnx Paul.

 Re: breeding unraced 2yo
Sorry PJ, one more thing on this.
Would you breed a highly rated Un-raced Stallion with a Un-Raced Mare???
