Just wondered why the novice hurdles and chases are not graded such as the Cheltenham novice races like the supreme and rsa chase are grade ones? |

Probably a) because it may not be possible for the game to grade them and b) novices might not always be that good but could win a low quality grade 1 novices race, meaning they would have to carry a penalty in any lower grade race afterwards. |

Thanks. Just think it would bring more realism as horses would have to do this in real life anyway. If u horses are that good they will carry penalties. It's the same in the flat races with 2 year old only races and 3 year old only compared to running against older horses |
