Good horses from non doctored games.
Ok, disclaimer first....... I have no gripes nor problems with how other people play this great game of ours, each to their own. However, because so many people play it to breed monsters, and then topics start to show horses, and you look at your own and think what's the point. So, I have started this thread for people who don't play to breed monsters.
This thread is to show off horses that are products of the game eau naturale, be they homebreds, game horses or whatever. It is for people like myself who have started a game and, in my case I am in season 12, and they just run with it and a season takes ages, and they manually train and enjoy the game how I believe it was meant to be (opinion)
There are basic ground rules, please abide by them.
1. You must do manual training (Easy training allows you to run horses an inordinately high number of times)
2. Your game can not have any horses that have been exported in from other save games.
3. Entries should have the individual horse's main screen that shows its career stats etc (or breeding data screen if retired to the barn) and at least one race result screen that allows people to see what it has beaten. (you see so many race results of people's monsters and the ratings of what they beat are barely over a hundred, the races are foregone conclusions)
There may be more rules as they crop up, but you get the idea (and if you can think of any I have missed out feel free to mention them and they'll be added). It is not a competition, and please, if you don't like the idea don't start slagging it off or ridiculing the times our horses take to win races, I have said it is not a thread for monsters, it is a thread for pure, undoctored horses. To people like myself, these horses are our achievements from this wonderful piece of software, they no doubt would get slaughtered in the league, but that's the point, we don't all play the same way.
Thank you.
I will start the ball rolling with my best mare ever, to date, who is now at stud. She was virtually unbeatable towards the end of her racing career over a mile and a half.
