First Race Off Auction Sale
Nothing I find more satisfying than finding a lightly raced horse at auction who I think has some potential and winning big first time off the buy.
Capriccio had just broke his maiden in fast time in his only start of the year. I liked the fact he was a 1-5 horse which is not very common to see in the US schedule. Figured I find a long distance race for him and conveniently the Valedictory Stakes at Woodbine was right there a month later. His potential bar is pretty lame so I'll see how far I can take him and then sell him for a hefty profit.
