Post subject:  when do you stop breading

Iv several good fillys (cant seem to breed good stallions) that are now 13-16 years old. I dont want to stop breeding them but know i will but when do the GOOD breeders stop.

I only get maybe 1 week a month as either travling or working...so my breeding is more shotgun style...EVEREYTHING gets bred....then keep what i thinks best..any ideas how to improve on this?

Its a pain when a horse iv sold esp if i cant get on with it beats me....1 of my discards ended up top horse..he coverd 3 of my mares...crop out next year :)
