Post Tightest winning margin
Image

Samo Rupert wins the (Newbury) Hennessy Gold Cup by a pixel.

A peculiar horse who despite a preference for firmer ground, won the Gold Cup in heavy ground as a 6yo taking the mantle off all time great Radikalni Rod, before running somewhere between disappointingly and atrociously for his next 13 starts. Dropped to a mark of 145 and with my 5lb claimer, won a prolonged battle with cast-off Šefov Rođak before getting into another protracted battle with improving 9yo Cimarron (why don't I ever get improving 9yos?). This game is so much fun!!!! I hope this weekend's real life counterpart could be half as exciting...

Anyways, any other tight margins (preferably in big races)?

I'm all for realism in the game and did cum a little bit when I got my SO6 e-mail today. Nonetheless, I wonder if DHs are a necessity in the next version. I mean they are very rare indeed and think the actual rate is somewhere around the one in 10,000 region or thereabouts.

Indeed, the last RL high profile DH over the sticks (which is my focus in the game) was Monksfield and Night Nurse in the '77 Aintree Hurdle!
