Never had this happen before!!.. Been fined about £1500 for 'non-trier' but never banned!!
Horse was having its 3rd run over hurdles to gain an 'attractive' handicap mark and was ridden same as in 1st 2 runs and by same jockey.

Wow ive seen the non triers fine before but never banned tho, its a nice wee touch tho |

This was the result! He was 10lb 'out of the handicap' as could not get a jockey who could do the weight!.. Just used lowest weight available! He then went up 16lb on the handicap but won 'Cosily'!
