It's with a heavy heart I announce the retirement of Notnowstanley. 'Stan' rated 140 won 24 from 24, 21 of which were Group One's. He was also a Triple Crown winner. John Randall and Tony Morris rated Notnowstanley the greatest racehorse in history, ahead of Frankel, Sea Bird II, Secretariat, Ribot and Brigadier Gerard.

 was he out of HereComesStanley?  loved that horse discovered him on rainy day

Thought "Stans" daughter was going emulate or surpass him but alas came up against (Fr)Hankel.
