I have decided to do a welsh 4 Day Festival at Ffos las around the Welsh Champion Hurdle dates in early february so i have some prep races in early February in time for my horses to Recover before the big Cheltanham Festival just wondered as anyone else done some schedules.

Wow didn't even know there was a welsh festival lol, i love it tho, used to make alsorts of made up festivals in so4 lol..

Ok I did that you see and when auto running a combined flat and jumps season (without even adding the races to the schedule) an error comes up straight away saying that the showcase data did not match or did not find the Welsh Chase i think it was.

Any ideas?

I am currently building a combined schedule based on Legend of Warrens version of PJRs combined sched. I am adding some of your races(Germany, France, Japan, etc.) and also other default races that are in the schedule builder. It is going well I have added a lot more races and have also went through each race day by day looking for races which have very little runners or none at all and removing these races or moving them to a different date seems to do the trick most of the time... Very time consuming though :/

Same problem persists. I could be doing something simple wrong. Place the 2 .dat files in the data>1 folder along with the festival text. Is this correct?

LIB::FATAL ERROR: Fatal: Can't match schedule race (West Wales National) with showcase db rec! - This is the message that pops up. I could be placing the text file in the wrong place?

The West Wales National seems to be in the default fj schedule and j showcase. Your error message suggests the details for that race are conflicting. Maybe your files corrupted somehow? Do they look like this...
