Right after the race I posted above a 2yo sprinter of mine does this. 1:9.57 on a slow track. It is MJ's Monmouth but still it's on a slow track.

I missed that, no wonder he's a dog.

Do u have any Kentucky derby horses yet.

Just about to finish out a 30+ season run and then do proper trials for all my horses and then send my program off on the league road. Wanted to get a nice group of horses first.

I kind of did that with my jumpers the last two weeks, some intense breeding with lots of different horses to get some nice lines going and trailed yesterday and got some nice jump fillies for later on.

I've only did a bit of breeding for the derby a few weeks ago and my best horse was She's all Bling who ran 2.04.77, no idea if its quick but she seems like a nice horse who could take my breeding forward.

It finally happened! Unfortunately I have replays turned off so I cant get a screenshot of it...

My horse takes a commanding lead in the stretch of the Grade one 7 furlong Del Mar Futurity - so the jockey raises his arm triumphantly on his way to victory!

But wait...

Look behind you you over confident twit! Yes, that is a horse barreling down the stretch on your outside on its way to passing you 5 strides before the finish line. It's not even close. You are the laughing stock of the racing world.

My other entry was the horse that beat him. So all is good. :D

Sirius, you should know real racing discussions have their own forum... If you wanted to talk about the Travers you should go there... jk. That is actually hilarious. You pulled off a Jimmy Jerkins cept at Old Del Mar. Wish I could have watched that! I wonder what Trevor Denman would say, probably something like "They would need to sprout wings to catch... oh wait, the outside horse is sprouting wings! Flying past the leader at the wire! What a scintillating performance!"

And my pick was the horse that won the Travers. Had VE Day across and had the exacta and trifecta. So all good with the scintillating finish haha!

I saw that finish to the Travers. Rajiv Maragh on Wicked Strong watched V.E. Day at the wire to make sure he got up to beat his horse. Shenanigans were afoot there IMO.

The were worse rides in the Classic, what the hell did Martin Garcia think he was doing on Game on Dude what a Clown. They have ridden him like that all season and got him killed, bring back Chantal.

I said ages ago that Shared Belief was the reel deal and what a performance, lets hope Chrome and he meet in the real Classic.

And what a fantastic run from Toast of new York.

How stupid can you get?

How do you explain to the fans that you forgot to enter the Kentucky Derby winner in the Preakness? First time I've ever done that. grrrrr :?

A Triple Crown bid for the ages. Not a horse of mine but one of my 2yo cast offs that I deemed not worthy to keep. Lord Strategery gets the Triple Crown with a dead heat. My horse just misses in the thrilling 3-way photo finish. Usually the Belmont is won in a romp in my game.

Wow! I rarely ever see dead heats in stakes races in game (which is good. It's supposed to be rare). Still waiting for that one year when two horses (maybe named Affirmation and Alydarian) dead heat for the Derby, Preakness, and Belmont, giving two TC winners in one season.

Three best horses I have right now. Free Pride is son of my foundation sire, I'm Free (a great miler in his own right). For some odd reason, Free Pride never reached his potential, even after this long streak. He never could win past 9f, and since there isn't a 9f BC race for males, the mile became his distance. Free Comet is part of the first crop of horses from Free Moon, the best horse I've had from this game, and son of I'm Free. Free Comet was 1 win away from a Triple Crown. Free Why is also from Free Moon, in the same crop as Free Comet. She won every race by at least 3 lengths, and won the Triple Tiara (every single form of it). Her Japan Dirt Cup win was surprising, to say the least. She will probably be targeting the BC Classic this season, if she shows she can get the 10f. If not, she will go for her second straight Distaff win.

Paul if u think the flat trials are good wait till u trial the jumpers, I've been doing my today at Ffos Las and they are outstanding. My one front runner fell and kind of got stuck in the fence and another horse fell and went vertical (he did survive but wouldn't have in real life) and then in another trial 5 horses smashed through a fence( it was Foinavan) all over again.

Finally managed an undefeated career for one my horses. Racing from 2yo to 4yo and retiring to transfer pool at the end of the 4yo season. Highly inbred. His parents are my best looking horse overall stats wise to his daughter. With my best gamebred sire influence found throughout the line.
