Just click on the link in the first post above and you'll see all our names - just click on the vacant boxes and type in your name - it's all real easy.

Ok cheers, will go in and do them this afternoon. Can't see a flat one so maybe that one has been done. I have to say I had a great time doing them. Not sure I am up to your standard yet though. Watched the Monday races earlier and loved it. Great stuff.

Every week you do them you get a little better and you will feel it.

Personally I felt a little rusty but then again I think we are more judgemental of our own efforts.

I have put myself down for the flat on day 2 and the jumps on day 3 but have absolutely no problem in giving some up if I have taken too many. Similarly I am happy to do more if other people are unavailable. Can't wait for next weeks now !!!

Tim if you can pick up day 3 flat and a handful of day 2 jumps that would really be appreciated.
The hard yards are the jumps and an extra shoulder to help carry the load helps me and Martin out.
Jumps are easy - it's a great time to open a beer or a drink of your choice and call them

Hey Doug, i have put my name down for the all the flats on day 3, if i am reading it correctly day 2 jumps and flats already taken up by Martin just correct me if i am wrong there but my name is up for all the flats also when will the vids be available so i can start? Also if you dont mind mate just droping your email for me if you want, makes it easier for me to just hit an email to you if i struggle with something.
