I've got 2 horses I'm struggling to enter- Aggrivating in race 23 NHC and higher lady in race 5 ukra. Now I think possibly the reason I'm not able to enter Aggrivating is down to the distance range I specified for him, but when I did this I had no real idea about his ability and best distance in the league, and I'm still trying to find out now, so is there any way he can be entered?

And with higher lady there appears to be an inconsitency with her rating across Tom, which is sometimes 75 and sometimes 81, and this causes a fair deal of frustration when I'm not able to enter a 0-75 race. So for this as well, is there a solution?

there is a bug with one of the fields from the tables with regards to the ratings. I can't look at this until Friday. It may have to be a manual entry this week as I don't have much time at present

I don't mind when they get done as long as its in time for the closing time. I've tried again and can't enter them myself.

if your horse is not in the distance spread it will be scratched after entering so please check that it is. In NH it is 4f either side of their best performance. If you want to change the horses distance spread you will need to do so gradually

leon i cannot enter Bijoux Li Meph rated 99 into race10 1m2 0-110 3YO her name wont show for that race when it shows the horses that you can nom for race..she is in the handicap rules and her last run was at 1m race..pls let me know my options.

the flat rules are different to NH its 2f either side of the horses best run in a maiden. Unfortunately your horse will only ever be able to run over 5f to 9f in handicaps. There are no restrictions on group races

the only bug in Tom with regards race entries is the handicap rating display. The only person who may have issues is Greg Moore and that's probably only with a few of his horses

Aggrivatings distance I've selected is 3m4. The race I want to enter him in is 4m. Is there no way this is possible or will I have to try and enter elsewhere?

Aggrivatings current distance spread is all races between 2m7 and 3m7 so should be allowed to enter.

The issue has been resolved- higher lady entered in her preferred race and I've put Aggrivating in the listed cross country instead.

Could someone please enter frogstar in week 5 race 29 she should be eligible but it wont let me on Sirius chills schedule it says 3up 0-80 and she is 4or5 rated 49

race 16 the noel novices chase, it wont let me enter 'On the Razle'. ran in the 2m 5f rising stars and the 2m 4f drinmore, so it should be eligible.

Frogstar ran in a 1m4 maiden and also a 2m maiden is that correct? The better placing is classed as the 1m4 maiden as there were more runners. So she is eligible up to 1m6.
