In flat only game I have got a 4yo stallion rated 85 average distance 2miles 4 furlongs and there are very few races suitable. What am I supposed to do with that?

Hi Bill... I've replied to this in a thread in the main SO6 forum (about the bias towards certain distances in the game), as it relates to some issues I posted last week, and just wanted to highlight these issues again.

Aim it towards the Cesareswitch handicap or the Queen Alexandra conditional at Ascot? If it's any good aim for the Gold Cup and the Prix Du Cadran.

I think his point was that the horse is only rated 85 and there are no suitable races (he wouldn't be guaranteed to qualify for the Cesarewitch with a rating of 85). There's a bug in the game which means that it doesn't automatically generate races of more than 2 miles, so the only races of more than 2 miles in the game are feature races.

Just started a new Nh game in Owner mode to pass the time till new patch and got a horse with 80% quirks, should be interesting to see what happens when it runs.

Dash I should have guessed, the save keeps crashing to desktop now. I am blaming it on that horse lol
