 Re: New Beginnings
Paul will do me a favour and check to see if u race kit is working. Since the new patch I can run a trial race but the result is totally wrong with horses I don't own.

 Re: New Beginnings
I've been struggling to get any horses over 1m4+ so far and I bred my first last night and she didn't half put in a monster performance. This race took a lot out of her and struggled the last two races of the season.

 Re: New Beginnings
Paul I wonder if u can get a 3yo full bar, I think it might be like SO 5 before Mark Changed the game. I think it was a little short of a full bar. Will be interesting to see.

 Re: New Beginnings
Finally getting around to starting a proper game. Settled on this 3yo game starter horse. I like to have full finish application with my horses but this ones potential bar was too good to pass up. Ran a blistering 6 furlongs in 1:10 flat in his debut and then a troubled second in the grade 1 Carter next out. Edit: Very very early in my game but I see that 1:10 flat in his debut is the current all courses 6 furlong record.

 Re: New Beginnings
Just got beat by this 2yo first time starter who ran a 109/1:10.23 on the first of April in a Maiden race.

 Re: New Beginnings
Next out he gets beat by a second time starter who runs 7 furlongs in 1:21 flat. Maybe it's these new user made tracks or maybe the game itself - but getting a 1:21 flat in SO5 on dirt was quite an achievement. The winner and my horse (who is just a time waster with average potential ~ until my foals arrive) were 12 lengths clear of the rest so it does seem to be a legitimate fast run race.

 Re: New Beginnings
I sent a horse with really good Potential bar, thast was a gamebred to stud, it's form was ok with 2 Gp1 wins and multiple places. From it I got this little beauty. She was an average 2yo with a few places in GP1s, however I decided to keep her till 3 and she has now won 6 GP1 mixed races quite well. Can't wait to get her to stud, just waiting for a strong sprinter myself or a very strong game sprinter and she will be loaded in.

 Re: New Beginnings
Hi all,
I'm not too sure how to take these times as in the days of S04 the time difference between Flemington (AUS) and Ascot (UK) over 6f was 1.5 to 2 sec for track records. I did a trial in the ck yesterday and the times are now identical from both tracks. This is not good as Ascot times were always greater as they are in real life (due to the steep rise). I'm not sure what is going on with the race sequence but its still in beta.
Cheers
