Is there any way I can make the handicaps at Cheltenham more competitive and compressed. In the schedule I am using the handicaps range from horses rated from 150 to 100. Can I do anything so better horses are attracted to them so for example horses rated below 130ish would not make the cut.

Any help would be much appreciated.
