 Re: UK COURSESI've created Ffos Las, just need to do some work on the scenery. I've also altered Sandown Park to include the Pond fence in its right location and the double open ditch/Last fence. I'm now working on Kempton to alter the Paddock bend and include the 5f course, the course is created ok but cannot get the system to use it sadly, only on main showcase races can i get it to use Dirt2.

Re: UK COURSES While we are at it I should mention 3D trees:
There are some very nice trees in the editor but these are all high poly and will hit lower spec machines if used a lot. Use the 2D billboard trees. If the user selects 2.5d trees in the game options these will replace the 2d trees in game. 3D trees should be used sparingly where you have trees right next to the racecourse. When these trees are close up they give a nice impression of depth. When they are in the distance they may as well be 2D trees anyway because you don't see the depth or the detail. |
