First of all I love this game. I've been playing it for about a month now and I have went through 20 seasons. I've got a breeding barn with some really good horse (lots of graded wins). The horses are breeding some horses with very high potential ratings (80's and a few 90), some other horses come start out in the high 60-70 range. I'm finding that my 95 potential rated horses are getting beat consistently by horses in the 70's when their stamina and preferred race distance are the same. What other ratings should I be looking at? I'm trying to breed the ultimate horse, but it seems the higher potential ratings don't correlate to the best racing horse. What should I be looking for in a stallion and mare to breed the ultimate champions.

I think the main ones are Potential, Speed, 'Extra speed' and Acceleration.
