I have a very high end computer and did not have any problem with displaying the horses names during races. After installing this latest patch, now the horses name flicker when I'm in full screen mode (window mode is okay, but I prefer full screen). I've changed the graphic settings with multiple combinations and the problem continues to occur anytime and at any resolution in full-screen mode. It's okay however for any resolution in window mode.

OK, I looked into this a little more and it seems to be an issue with the level of refresh rate for my monitor. If I have it on full-screen mode with a refresh rate other than 60 hrz it will flicker. At 60, it's fine. My monitor can go up to 120 hrz.
