Post Please Help Me!!!
Greetings everybody, I have been a fan of starters orders for years, finally got round to buying starters orders 6 today.

I have had a quick look, and was wondering if anybody is able to help me with a few questions.

1. I would like a packed schedule, and the schedule editor, when I try to add races it just leaves an empty line. Please can somebody like me to a worldwide schedule, combined flat and jumps, as on the default ones I have, half the races in worldwide are not selected, no Dubai World Cup, well actually no Meydan festival at all..

2. If I choose to play with AI owners, Can I still breed horses? If so, how does it work, are all my bred horses just added to the pool or horses and distributed among the AI owners, or do I still own and race them? I ask as there seems to be no option for me to choose my own silks.

3. Is there a mod where trainers, jockeys and owners have real names, and the AI owners send their horses to the correct trainers, for example godolphin in my look around game assigned their horses to Hannon rather than Bin Suroor and Al Zarooni.

4. What are the ideal figures for season start end, both combined and jumps. I know from starters orders four that this crashes almost every schedule I made, causing me to always have to use the default.

5. Also, I cannot find where I give my jockey instructions, or where I can place multiple bets on several of my horses running in different meetings on the same day..

Will try and answer each one Separate

1 There are many schedules around in the mod Section I have made many myself Combined aswell but the default game comes where Meydan is Called Dubai many USA courses without the proper course names like Santa Anita for you to try mine you would have to rename most of the courses in your 3D Course folder or download the courses in the mod Section very time consuming you might need to look around for Racecourses in the USA and DUBAI of the Mod section to download.

2 I don't think you can breed your own horses has you play has Trainer and training owner owned horses only.

3 Like 1 I have and most players have alter Jockey's Trainers names in the data Folder you can do this yourself has for owners like Godolphin having horses with other trainers it happens in the Al Owner game has in real racing owners move horses from one stable to another.

4 Most people Play Flat all through the year I don't my flat games Start beginning of March and ends November 12th my Jumps begin September 1st and Ends end of May has for Combined its a pain has summer jumping is terrible loads of Walk overs and Void Juvenile races I would move the jumps to beginning of October has for some reason the spread of horses seem to run on the flat.

5 Jockey Instructions is on the racecard page and you can click just under the Jockey Image to give instructions has for betting on your horses you can bet on each race on the day when you go the the races or anti post.

1. Thank you, I had already downloaded all the courses from a link on the forum I found, at the moment, I have had no crashes whatsoever when loading a race, I too decided to create my own, and I must say if it works, it will be top class .

2.Yes, I think that also, although I haven't tried it. Therefore, I will play as owner / trainer.

3. Thank you, I hoped there would be one, but I won't lose any sleep over it.

4. I am hoping the schedule I created will be OK, Normally they crash when you try to save them if they are no good, well they did in Orders 4 anyway.

5. I will look for the jockey instruction when I next play. Regarding the betting, in starters orders 4, if I had 4 horses running, 1 at say Exeter, and 3 at Hamilton, the game would let me do a double, with the horse at Exeter with one at Hamilton, but I can't see how to do that. Also I can't find how to bet two horses in different races that are not showcase races on the same card on the same day in a win double, do you have any idea if I can still do that??

No I don't bet when I have loads I only think you can play win and forecasts

It sure is, although I am planning on moving into breeding soon, but am I right in thinking I can only breed five yearlings a season? That to me would be a shame, as I have just built my yard to contain 150 horses, and was looking to eventually, breed much more than that. Can anybody shed any light on this please?? Thanks in advance

If you are playing as owner/trainer then it is much more than 5. My barn holds over 30 mares and stallions - so I am producing 10+ foals each season.

Ah, that is just what I wanted to hear, I have just purchased my barn, and noted it said capacity five horses, thanks for the clarification
