Re: EX4. Bonus race next Friday (12th Feb)!
Sha Tin Emperor was unlucky being caught so wide for so long and like the Sha Tin final he lost position for no more than a furlong and it cost him the race. Australia was the same and unlucky to be caught wide for so long. Miss Swan was the surprise as I thought she would drop out of the race around the 2000m mark but stuck on well. Hyperno ran a cheeky race. The Godfather ran a very honest race from behind
But DUBAI MILLENNIUM ran the perfect race - dropped out to the tail and then just consistently made steady ground on the leaders for the entire race and stuck it's head in front when it really mattered!
It was pretty tough couple of days not being able to say anything in the forums after watching and calling the race!

Re: EX4. Bonus race next Friday (12th Feb)!
Well I'd like to lodge an objection and an official complaint against the bookmaker. He obviously got to Australia's jockey, missed the break, made up ground, kept her ridiculously wide and let her fall back as the others ran on! Obviously a plot so he didn't have to pay out, well the joke's on you Teleprompter, I bet each way! What a good race, gutted she couldn't get her head in front, but I'm excited to see her in the league now. Well done to the winner and Paul (again )! What are we going to do about this distance adaptability in the league? It'd be nice to test it out, but I know it's a bit of a no-go because it'd be easy to exploit the handicapper. Maybe just in group races? We may actually be getting towards a horse who could be capable of having a go at the triple crown...

Excuse me but someone has won THE( the real one) Triple Crown, not the rubbish UK one. He went by the name of Ghostzapper( the horse).

In All Fairness and respect Ghost the UK triple crown would be far harder to win in the league Id Say Impossible The spread in Distance is 6 and a bit furlongs everyone around you breeding horses for each race would be impossible In the US Version its a 2 and a half furlong spread

I think the luck u need to win three races on the US tracks is far greater than winning on the UK courses, u can win races running wide on our tracks. I think winning either is about a million to one. U would need a 1m3 horse and have a full distance adaptability bar. In a couple of days I'll have finished my team and I'll have a mess around to see what I can do in game, then try them against my league team.

Re: EX4. Bonus race next Friday (12th Feb)!
I Wont be making an attempt but will have runners in each all bred for the correct distances Jalupans Horse can run well at a mile and stays up to 1m5 or so but i think youd need a horse that would be 30% better than any other trainers horse and then alot of luck or ofcourse a hex edited horse (Ok lets not go there )

After breeding for the league it will be something different for a bit. I'll give the results this time next week. I think a horse would need to be within 2L's of u best at each distance.

It was pretty tough couple of days not being able to say anything in the forums after watching and calling the race! "Miss Swan is still running a cheeky race!" Got to love that race calling! Shame Miss Swan couldn't get a bigger lead and fight to the line, but a great run there nonetheless. I'll re-export her (with full condition this time) for the league and see what she can do there. Great races and lots of fun - thanks to all involved!
