It looks like almost all the races will be split. Final fields will probably only display late Friday night.

At this stage Dundalk and the 2 Brighton races are definite splits, probably Sandown as well. Anything over 24 horses will be split. I could split alphabetically that way you could still give odds. So first half of alphabet in division 1 and second half in division 2. If everyone is happy with an alphabet split we can do that so odds can still be given. Let us know is that is ok.

NH will not be split unless fields are over 30 horses

I will pay out on both winners if fields are split, but half the odds.

That is probably fair.

quick breakdown of my horses not expecting much (only started playing after a year off but was really encouraged by strong banter)

R1-Instillation- 5f horse but loves this 6f easy track probable league horse

R2-Whole In One- bred ages ago bit of an unknown quantity may be better at shorter

R3-Caution - really nice filly got a squeak as shes got lots of pace looks a hot race though

R4-Chipmonk - may want a little further will be staying on when others have cried enough

R5-Green Nature - good news of the race split expect to see him v fast and late will go close with a clear

R6-Warning Shot- won through my most competetive trials so expecting a big run

wont be backing any as im hope more than confident

The one thing that will come out of these trails is what direction my league team will go in, I don't like my milers at all and I'm not convinced about my 1m2-1m4-1m6 horses. On the other hand I love my sprinters and it might be a case that I take more sprinters than any other distance.

Hi mate, been a while since I was the bookie for the league, how does the cash work now please? i.e how much do I have for these trials/League etc...

My sprinters have no chance, they are 5f horses but want to see where they are come the furlong marker to gage my progress. Lockport Interrior an Stiffled I'd say are gonna determine how well I do here. They are bred from a long time ago, but if they make it close, maybe top 5 or so I'd say I may actually do ok at 1m-1m4 in the league as I have loads around the same class and have only just started breeding from them

If I can, could I have 25 E/W on Lockport Interrior, an 25 EW Lockport Stiffled please

I am going to set up a betting championship for the league (flat). Will post details nearer the time.

Paul will be in charge of NH.
