FLAT

As expected my flat horses were never a factor, although the 2 horses I had running were both 6th but were well beaton by the winners.

Jumps

A good Wednesday for my stable.

R21 - Tree Surgeon was 5th. Handily placed all the way but had no extra for the final furlong.

R23 - Castiron Lady was 7th. A good result considering my longer distance horses were never expected to feature.

R24 - Numerator Girl was 1st. What a great run. Led all the way round and finished strongly. When she took the lead at the start of the race I thought she had gone too early and would run out of steam in final furlong. That's a 2nd and a 1st for her. If she keeps up this form she may be my champion chase horse instead of Jubillee Boy who had a poor run this week.

R25 - Seminole Girl was 5th. A good solid run carrying a lot of weight.

R27 - Eagle Feather was 1st in the G2 hurdle. A couple of poor jumps early in the race, but what a great sprint finish to win by a couple on lengths.

R30 - Sugarplum Lass was 6th. She fell at the 2nd jump in her first race so had no idea how she would go. However, she was well beaten by the winner.

I posted earlier that my 2 milers were the strongest part of my stable, so if you fancy an e/w bet, get your money on them.

DAY 3

UKRA
Not that many runners today Street City Kid ran better than thought in 3rd as the trip was 2
fulongs too far. Jean Claude Ellinoux WON Did real well off top weight delighted he is off the
mark doubt he will get in a handicap again so its up in class for him. Electifi Ying flew home
it was too late but a run full of Promise in 2nd spot. Chandler Bing deserves great credit tried
to make all over 2 miles and stuck on strong to finish 3rd brave little soldier. How bad was Presidents
day ran a shocker.

Good solid day any day you have a winner is. The team is shaping nicely.

NHC
Douvan A big disappointment in week 1 showed some of ability this week with a 2nd. Another
2nd came with River Donn pleasing run from him. Outback Sam a solid 4th on Debut
Oliver Cantreaux Ii WON Great run always felt he was well in off 100 onto better things. Limini
Ran ok in 4th.

A good week very happy with it

NH Ratings for this week are now done - Hopefully even if mine are bad they are better than the AI's! My aim is to get horses in the correct races come Cheltenham and in comparison to real life the G1 winners around 160+, G2 around 150, G3 around 140 and so forth I'm starting off at the moment banding maiden winners between 125-145 depending on how good the race form looks and Group races in the higher echelon of that banding (bar the graded handicaps which will be dependant on runners & prev ratings). There may be some very well handicapped horses that have fallen or unseated but hopefully by the middle of the season we should have a very competitive NH league.

Not a bad day for me today, plenty of top 10's over the flat with Virakip Swift, Zip and Jet all going close and another pathetic ride scuppering Kizzire's chance. NH was a very mixed bag with Simeone going extremely close to winning and Devils Caviar running a massive race when 2nd in a G2 Hurdle, 2 group placings within the first 2 weeks is very pleasing although any of my horses running over 2m6f are diabolical and serves me right for running flat horses! Had to fire up a Jumps game and hopefully have some stayers in at the upload window!

More hold up horses never getting involved for me this week on the flat. My big hope for the season 'Lockport Swindle' a never closer 7th in the listed 1m2. I fancy his season is over now off that mark, too high for H'caps, not quite gonna be group horse.

Bahamian Class got me in the frame though with a nice 2nd in the 5f H'cap. Again though, came from a mile back. Feel I may have the same issues most of this season with hold up horses.

Shocking week for me this week, no winners at all!! A couple of placed efforts and a few fallers including one that was clear at the last fence. Not sure how my horses are going to fare the rest of the season maybe in the handicaps I can pick up a few winners :)

I think the h'capers done a fine job so far, if u look at the h'caps so far the top weights has a good a chance to win races as the lower weighted horses.

Wow what a week, I think I won 10 races and that's a flat record for me.

Reckless Abandon 1 - Needs a all out pace race like that to show his best because he comes from so far back ( he's College Chapels Grandad).

Zafonic 1 - A super talented horse but he comes from last to win his races so he will have his good days and Bad ones to.

Warrshan 1 - A real tough horse, no super star but will always run his race.

Allegretto 1 - The queen of my team, probably the best stayer I've ever bred. She comes alive in the final two furlongs.

My jumps also had a good week, enjoy the good ones because u never know what's around the corner.

Nomadic Way 1 - Nice first time out performance.

Oh So Risky 3 - Another nice performance, should have a fun season with him.

War Of Attrition 5 - Another odd performance from him, up with the pace then looked like he was going to be pulled up then ran on again.

Mistress Katie 1 - A nice performance and will run in all the soft ground 3m hurdles.

After 2 weeks it looks like my 2m hurdlers are average ( I thought that) and my 3m hurdlers look to be strong.

A nice quiet week this week with just 6 runners on the flat but I'll enjoy watching the h'cappers battle it out. Hope u all get some winners.

Congrats to Scatters with his treble today. :D

Ian u missed a trick with one of u horses, u shouldn't have ran Tardy Gale in that second maiden. I think she would have been the best H'caped horse over jumps. I think u could have cleaned up in H'caps with her of 67
