I am done with them. Why do we bloody bother? Steve - I briefly felt like that but it's time to move on. I think Mike handled himself with dignity with his reply. We need your calls, mate - you're our A grader! To put it politely......your resignation has been rejected

 Re: League Weekly reaction
Dont give up Steve mate everyone enjoys your comms and the newsletter the comment really got to me too just completely uncalled for but as Doug said lets move on the atmosphere has been the best ever this season better than any other year/season not many rows just 1 or 2 moaning if they knew how much time that you all give up to do this they would be ashamed of themselves TBH this season has run very smoothly and its a credit to everyone involved dont give up anyone you know deep down 99% of us appreciate what you all do .

 Re: League Weekly reaction
NH Bosbury came a good 3rd in a grade 2 but that was it
FLAT Arrow Green also picked up a 3rd when looking the winner close home
PJ - Congrats on your Hennessey 1-2, great effort.
I love the comms every week and it would be a shame if we lost them. You guys put in some effort

 Re: League Weekly reaction
A good week on the flat for me with 2 wins, including one with a homebred. Total score in both codes is now Gamebreds 4 Homebreds 1; so much for the breeding program. A mixed bag over jumps, my sub 3 milers are absolutely useless, need some 0-80 handicaps. I had a good third in the cross country but suffered like other people from the odd inexplicable pull up, fortunately I have only had 2 of these so far. Huge congratulations to Mike on the first winner (he says through gritted teeth with false smile) even if you did beat mine into second . Keep up the good work on the comms.

 Re: League Weekly reaction
I agree with you all that everyone who puts their own time in making the league are doing sterling job and we should all be thanking them rather than being negative. I enjoy the league and I would never have the time available that these guys put in to make it great fun for us all so thank you all for doing the comms, running the races etc and ignore any negative comments, this league is really competitive and everyone seems to be having fun so lets try and keep it that way, its a game after all

 Re: League Weekly reaction
I re-watch most races because they have commentary. It really has made the races more entertaining. Even real life commentators make mistakes, it happens in everything. So what its no big deal. I rather have commentators making mistakes than the jockeys on my horses Although Enter Sandman was given a brilliant ride. I had 3 other winners and Waterloo Sunset is looking really good. In the first 3 over a distances from 2m2 to 3miles in both hurdles and chases. Precious Angel and Wild Goose Chase both showed that they will big threats in the respective Cheltenham races. Well done Paul on the Hennessy 1/2 that's some training feat. I have to say that the best performance of the season has been James Harrison. An incredible turnaround in his horses ability. Dual code championship is definitely his, although Ghosts horses are coming back after their virus hit lay off. My NH and flat seasons have achieved their objectives ( Have won my group 1 on the flat and looks like I will be challenging for Nh title ) That's what I wanted so really happy with they way things have gone. ok back to work. I will check forum tomorrow night for any Tom issues for this weeks upload. If there is an emergency get Gray to email me.

Many Thanks for the kind words Leon I wish i could claim it was all in the planning or a master plan coup but It all came together by itself because DB jumped like a drunken sailor in the first 4 weeks of the season and SR was pretty average not sure where both will go from now No doubt they will rightly be hammered by the handicapper & Rightly so DB has to go for the Gold Cup

 Re: League Weekly reaction
Lockport Swindle the only horse competing for me really, running to his best almost every race, a cracking 5th in the Dante, followed up by another solid 4th in the Prix Du Jockey Club Gp1 (albeit he could barely see the first 3). Uploaded a horse who beats him now an should be better suited by the league pace, so may still get a winner before the season ends!!!

You were "making a point" in a very poor way, so yes keep your opinions to yourself they are not welcome on here. Do the commentary yourself if you are so superior.
