I'm gonna miss waking up to Dougs voice. My wife on the other hand...... Follis going into the season I thought she might be the best horse I've ever bred and after this season I'm sure she is. Before I entered her I ran her against my other top stayers and she beat them by 5L and that's why I put her in. She's a freak but she was my freak. I'd like to see horses qualify for the big h'caps.

 Re: League Weekly reaction
Congrats Vinny Gerrard on your 1st win of the season coming in a grade 1! what a way to do it.
You deserve it with how consistent your Lockport horses have been running.

 Re: League Weekly reaction
Great day over the jumps without a winner. 3 2nds, 1 3rd and 2 5ths.
Congrats to Sirius on your Paul Moores win, great to see mate.
Also, great to see Vinny Gerrard win the final G1H to ensure a small trainer wins one of them.
It has been great to be back and a huge thank you to all involved in the smooth running of the league and to all taking part.
See you all in the Autumn

You deserve it with how consistent your Lockport horses have been running. Thanks a lot, had resigned myself to no wins, especially missing a few weeks, but massively surprised it was Bolivian Damat who won my first, an not one of the Lockports. Just couldn't find them a race in the end but both ran a couple of blinders. Hoping to be more competitive next season now as the 2 Lockports were the only ones I spent any time on in breeding Well done to all on a great season, I'm starting to get the bug again now

 Re: League Weekly reaction
A good last day, a couple in the money on the flat and a winner over the jumps in race 21, Man Of Iron improving for the quicker ground and the jockey making use of the superglue I bought him. Also a fantastic run from Money Never Sleeps, 2nd in the 3m5f Moores final, as the racekit finally allowed him to complete, walking through the 2nd last didn't help but I don't think he was ever getting to Johns horse. Congratulations to all winners, especially Vinny, and a huge thank you to all the team behind the league.. P.S. Dougs commentary when his horse got touched off was a work a art and cracked me up. Impartiality is over-rated.

 Re: League Weekly reaction
Good way to end my season. Free Why in an absolute shocker (I didn't even think she had a chance!) in the penultimate race of the season. Ended up being a commentator exacta with Doug's horse finishing a close second.
Great year, absolute blast! I have some horses preparing for the next season. After a poor year from the UK runners on my team, the UK barn had to be shut down (too many unpaid bills!). But my US and Australian barns have been growing, ready for the league to start up once again.

 Re: League Weekly reaction
Managed to finish my first ever league season with 25 wins and 40 seconds combining both codes aswell as winning a group one in the NH so the season far exceeded my expectations. Spending some time on the breeding now and hoping to be more competitive in the group races next season.
Also a big thanks to everyone who contributed to the league. There were some very close handicaps and i cant remember a runaway winner so great job done by the handicappers. Commentaries were brilliant really adding to the realism of the races and thanks to the race runners. it was also nice how the races were always posted on youtube by 12 o'clock 3 days a week putting the races together with commentaries must have been very time consuming so thanks for that. Already looking forward to the next season.
