 What did i do wrong? :) he started winning 3 out of 5 races then i get a fine?

Yep they are suggesting you had the horse run poorly, so jockey instruction or fitness so his odds improve then let him run free to profit, least that's what i figure, still done properly the winning far outweigh the fine
