Sorry I put the horse files was corrupt I went back into my e-mails its true I did put new horse files in but that wasn't the reason it was the video that was corrupt and couldn't be viewed so I asked the race runner to rerun.

If you want your updated horse files somebody needs to step up please and help me get these updated horse files uploaded. Gray and I have been going around in circles with no answers being found.

1. I copied the horse files from each race and put them in my horses folder in my export folder. I changed the ratings in the CK. I then copied and pasted these updated horse files back to the race folder they came from.

2. What now?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

3. From what I could figure out from extremely muddled instructions is that I either drag and drop each race folder onto the updated ratings folder on the SO6 Dropbox webpage. I also tried putting all the horse files in my updated ratings folder and then dragging and dropping it to the same place. NO GO. Both times after the files finished uploading there is an error message for each file. None have uploaded.



WITH THIS MESSAGE - This file can't be uploaded because you are over your storage quota.

This is a royal pain in the a** for something that seems to be quite simple. Well, I assumed it would be simple. Can anyone besides Gray offer any advice?

You just explained to me for the 10th time in a row how to do part 1 in my previous post. I get this part! I did this part!

You having access to my files in dropbox seems to be the issue. Last week I did the ratings and put the files in their correct spot and you couldn't get them. Same thing this week.

All the updated horse files are sitting in the folder named "updated ratings". I'm am not in the mood to put them back in the race folder each came from.

Dropbox syncing is on. They are right there. Come and get them.

It's a Grade 3 handicap Paul I believe Rozza Motta is a Novice so it can't run in Graded Handicaps.

Yeah that's me, but what happened before is that I apparently had created 2 accounts with 2 emails so Leon deleted one but it looks like both of emails have become one as my other email ended in hotmail dot com anyway this is able to be fixed?

I will remove this one then then you try and sign up with a new one ?
