Post Re: Weekly Reaction
I picked up a couple of 5ths on the final day with Heather Mix in the Paul Moores 2nd final and then on the last race of the day on the flat my 2yo Miss V N ran a close up 5th.

I want to echo Anadin's thoughts of AI jockey's riding wide on the track and no attempts to get closer to the rails until they come to a bend. it is frustrating watching my horse who is trapped wide who is clear and able to drop down closer to the rail and the jockey just sits there and by the time the bend comes up other horses have moved up inside of it. I hope there is an easy fix for this.

On a positive note it was great to see Charlie's Charlie win over the sticks for Charlie - I bet he was screaming down his house :-)

Post Re: Weekly Reaction
Great Final Day for me 3 winners in each code

Flat

Too Hot To Handle
Winner of the Golden Slipper Group 1 at Rosewell got into a great position
early and got the run on the big guns but that is some place to break your
maiden yes this was his first win in the league chuffed.Thats 10 individual
G1 winners in my flat team who have won 15 G1 racesthats way way beyond
my wildest dreams.

De Bulldozer
Becomes a 3 times G1 winner and is a G1 winner from 6 to 8 furlongs was
surprised that he would be quick enough at the trip and off the weight but
did it nicely the jockey deserves a pat on the back. He has been such a star
he was a slow burner in the classics but has come on strong at the end of the
year like he was evolving i know thats impossible but look at his form.

Briefcase Full Of Dollars
Picked up his 3rd win winning the Vulcain Stakes at Deuaville its a shame he never
bagged his g1 win i have no doubts he was a g1 horse but he had a solid season since
the window

NH

Kirk Douglas
Signed off for the season winning his second race he did it well

Cappa Chino
won his second race of the year and what an effort it was off 12 stone he really showed
great fight and guts in the final furlong what a gutsy performance and now a g3 winner

Phillipa Vayle
The Bumper Queen was at it again to win her 6th bumper from her 8th start she has had
a great season even though she flopped in the big one I actually thought she would get
outpaced in this but looked speedy.

congratulations to all the winners and placers

Its been just a wonderful season thanks so much to Gray and his team for making this
the best season ever thanks to all the Race Runners Handicappers Commentators you
have all done a fantastic job all year and to my colleagues see you all next season already
cant wait

No final day glory for me, a few places dotted about but happy with my seasons lot coming back to the league.

A big thanks, to all the team, Gray, Leon, Commentators, Race runners and the tireless Handicapping which is more or less bang on  Enjoy your break you deserve it.

Sadly, I doubt I will improve too much before the next league, as working away most of March but those lowly handicaps will still be there to be won.

Well done to all who have taken part.

Take care all.
Stu

I have to say a huge thanks to everyone involved in the league this year from the handicappers to Martin and Doug.

Easily the best league I have been involved in.

also, I think this has been the most competitive league yet with so many trainers having good horses (not good for me lol) and I think it'll go from strength to strength either the publicity from YouTube of the races and now the review shows
