				  Re: Bookmakers Corner

Quote: No point betting on me after my flat trials. Had a 3yo colt who did a Frankel and won the Guineas from the front going away and then went and did the same in the Derby. Never finished closer than 5th in any trial. Got about 20 or so Guineas winners and my trials were won by a current 3yo who won 1 novice race at 2 and only a class 2 handicap at 3. Game gets curiouser and curiouser There is very little evidence in my games that suggests game form translates to trial form. I barely even play the game now, I simply churn them out for trial. I don't even breed from game stars unless they trial, they just produce more bad trial horses. Mark should fix this, it makes league players have to play two entirely different games.

I used to do it for leagues in the past (albeit about 8 years ago I think). Not sure if TOM is still designed for someone to go in an add prices that are linked to peoples cash? That's how it was if I remember right in the version before TOM? I don't mind trying to knock out as many races as I can each week, starting from top races down. It's my real life job anyway, so just depends if there's a demand for it?

Personally I think it would be a great addition and keep the interest for trainers who are not having race success. Would need a gambling championship etc.

I agree, used to like doing that, it got me more into everyone els's horses too, not just my own. Felt more involved. Not sure if TOM is designed for it now though, not sure it would be the same with a post on the forums instead.

Depends on the interest as well though
