Guys need to run an idea by you all before i work on this:

as you know i have the tipster competition running which week 12 will be cheltenham week. what i want to do tho is run a seperate competition so that other trainers who have missed that can participate. what i will then do is have a prize for this competition but also those who are in the weekly tipster competition would have their scores added to their total from the 11 weeks. so basically this would be its own competition, but instead of running 2 i would add the scores from here to the ongoing tipster competition.

let me know ur thoughts.

btw the format would be completley different to the one i use in the other one. i plan to do racing post style 'pick your stable' competition!!

i will be putting up 10 million in prize money and may discuss with rich if he is willing to offer any other incentives.

Example of format possibility: (ill study races when noms close)

Pick 2 bankers from the following list:

pick 4 strong fancies:

.........
.......
........
........
.........

2 good chances:


2 outsiders:


bankers will score 3 for a win, 2 for 2nd, 1 for 3rd

strong fancies will score 5 for win, 3 for 2nd, 2 for 3rd

good chances will score 7 for a win, 5 for 2nd, 3 for 3rd

outsiders will score 10 for a win, 7 for 2nd, 5 for 3rd

both bankers win = 5 point bonus
all strong fancies win = 10 point bonus
both good chances = 10 point bonus
both outsiders = 20 point bonus

hope u like the idea guys, will be a good choice for each list after i study races. if this isnt wanted i wont put the time into doing it. but could be good fun with great prizes. and for the other tipster competition offers make or break points with not long left

haha joe hopefully can win a race , the champion hurdle would be my main hope of a big race win i think

also if u do continue in the league please take part in competition - i emphasise that this comp is not only for those who take part in other one!! this is a stand alone comp with its own prizes (great prizes trust me ), but those who are in the other comp will have their points from this added to their current score !!

i really do hope we get some new trainers involved - thanks mike for giving it a go could be a nice welcome back present for u if you win. hemz will hopefully get involved and anyone who missed out on the other competition

Yes Scotty, our stables are pretty equal in shitness and my fav race of the season was Min Raise beating Heroes Landing in the USA!!

Noobs on other forum

Liam, I might comeback next season but i wont be having anymore runners this season. They arent good enough and I havent played the game in ages.

Its nothing to do with something being a good shout or not, I know ive put up plenty of winners at decent prices right since the start. No one backs them anyway and its been seeming pointless recenlty because that forum has been dead for months. The point is, me and davie arguing because of celtic and rangers and ppl not wanting to come on the forum because of it.
