Help with buying horses at start of game
Hi, have played this game on and off for a few years. I found SO3 quite easy to build a good yard and produce plenty of G1 winners. I have struggled in SO4 and wondered if anybody had a list of race times for each distance that would help me buy decent horses at auction. I remember seeing a list of times for SO3, is there one for the current version. Thanks in advance.

Hi, thought you may have had one or two more experienced players than me help , but for what its worth i have a list of times origin unknown,
5f 54\55
6f1.06\ 1.07
7f1.24
8f 1.33\1.34
10f 2.02 \2.03
12f2.27
14f 2.59
i have a breeding barn and the best of my times are between 2 and 4 seconds slower than the above times.
Hope this is some help, ifound it difficult when starting, trying to buy horses but things took off with breeding my own

I'd also try to buy horses out of the auctions who are rated 85+. But I think the race times for good horses are pretty much the same as for SO3. But sprinters are almost impossible to come by, it seems you need to get breeding them early.
