New game and a new prospect.

8 seasons into a new game and I stuck this 2yo in a 10f gallop with my G1 winning 3yo 10f specialist. He stayed with the 3yo all the way, neck and neck. The time recorded was 2mins 9secs. The 2yo was entered in a 10f maiden but out of interest I looked at the times for the Grand Criterium. The record was around 2.9 so I went for the G1 instead. Well, happy days!

campaign won the champaigne stakes in belmont 1mile g1 for 2yo good thing is she trials well

next week will have a list of trial finals and that will determine my final 30 for the lge

When you say trials well, you mean in the CK/Race Builder?

I'm just getting round the preparing for the league business, after reading the stuff in the other threads. Won't be entering just yet though!

yes ck my best 15 at each distance i have 20 finals to do at each distance to find the most consitant

this is the last season of so4 so if you want some of your so4 horses in this is last chance

at least with so5 everyone will be starting from scratch all in same boat

I'm just experimenting with the breeding and moving my horses about. My aim is a SO5 league campaign.

If you've never been in the league before mate i would defo throw some of your horses in.

Really good to get a feel how things work in the league. Am sure you will pick up some wins along the way.

Good point. 2 questions then.

1) When is the deadline for the squad entries?

2) How many would I need just to start off with?

1) Not sure yet. The President is away on holiday soon, but TOM has been rolled over for the start of a new season, which i think will be in the next 4/6 weeks maybe longer.

2) You have a maximum stable of 30 horses to choose from, so it's up to you on how many you want put in your stable. They are Handicaps from 5f/2m4f so try and get a mixed balance of distances throughout your horses.
