Been playing this game on and off but just recently caught the breeding bug. Just wanted to share my best horse so far but also to ask if I should breed this with a stallion that runs a similar distance or better off with one that prefers shorter/longer and what effect that might have on offspring.

depends whats available you could cover her with a multiple g1 winning 6f horse would make a nice mile horse

Looking at that horse, breeding it with a 6f horse could risk getting the dreaded 7f horse...

But with plenty of stamina which would ,in my opinion, carry it over 1 mile and possibly 1m1f.

7f horses from longer stock are good. Get two of them, breed them together and you've got the potential for a 1m horse with 7f ability, i.e decent.
