 SO4 Great Achievement Thread: Sprinters
Would anyone be interested in joining in something like this? I will post different categories each day in the run up to the release of SO5 (hopefully next Thursday, can't wait!) and you can post your best and compare each others achievements in the build up to the next in this great series.
Anyone interested??
Day one: Best 5 furlong to 7 furlong sprinters.

 Re: SO4 Great Achievement Thread.
Good idea supercat.
It would be great if Mark could think about including "achievements" in future releases of the series as well. You could "unlock" them as you achieve the triple crown/National double/first group 1 winner etc.......

I will make a list of achievements for suggestion What do you mean? I will open the first category: Best 5 furlong to 7 furlong sprinters.

 Re: SO4 Great Achievement Thread.
I see what you mean. I meant it as great things people have achieved in the game at certain distances or with certain races on the flat and over jumps. As a reminiscence of how good the game is and how well people have done playing it.

Like PS Trophies, sorry if i'm completely wrong i was thinking in other stuff I'm with Palk as far as the game goes anyway. These were the sort of "achievements" I would like to see included in game. I guess Supercat's suggestion is quite different? (Sorry for hijacking the thread supercat)

Re: SO4 Great Achievement Thread: Sprinters
It's fine. It wasn't a suggestion for the game. It was a suggestion for the forum so people could post horses they were proud of in different categories and talk about it. But if people aren't interested that's fine, I just thought it might be a nice idea. I think you misunderstood what I meant.

Hi Supercat, I understood your idea (which was a really good one), but just developed it a little bit further to suggest that this could be incorporated within the game itself in the future.

Re: SO4 Great Achievement Thread: Sprinters
Oh yeah, I think it could be. But then we could always do it on here for SO5. We could have a few stickies on the top of this forum with categories in which people can post when they have achieved them. We could even have a points system to be tallied up at the end of the year or something of the like...
