Art Money should be useable for the likes of players who don't want to join the league and don't like betting, I have never yet had a bet in any version of SO.
It spoils my pleasure not being able to get a decent amount of money, the CTRL alt Backspace is worse than artmoney for cheating as far as I am concerned.
I would not have a clue about how to make money betting..
I definitely think we should have the option to use Artmoney , I would hate to think I have spent £19.99 and not be able to enjoy the game. I do hope something can be done to solve this problem.

Skint within a few days without artmoney without riding my own horses and tailing them off until they're off a decent mark and lump on, but i much preferred using artmoney.

There are relatively easy ways to boost your bank balance without artmoney/cheat engine (tried both and as has been said, no luck). My method, since I don't enjoy betting, is to sell any 2yos you get in the first season, buy the breeding barn, retire to stud any mares you have + one stallion, buy a few more super cheap mares and get breeding. Within a few seasons of selling your unraced 2yos you have plenty of money.

But not being able to use artmoney is a pain in ass. For some reason (I could be wrong) I feel like the same thing happened when SO4 was released? At first you couldn't use artmoney, but then after a while (couple of weeks, maybe?) you could. Don't know why and I could be dreaming, but I feel like that's how it went.

I'm suprised how many people actually used artmoney to cheat. It's not that difficult to build up some decent funds over a few seasons.
You get a good head start if you sell all the crap horses you get at the begginning and while you have no horses in the stable change all your costs to low to save money.

I like to use Artmoney as well Bill but it doesn't stop me enjoying the game if I can't use it, I like the thought that selling horses and using the money to improve little by little is more realistic, come on Bill it's £19.99 for a fantastic experience Artmoney or not!!!!

just can't build up any funds tried the ctl alt del doesn't work at all for me. Without getting some money can't enjoy the game in the same way. Disappointed.

Enter horse into a suitable claimer, have it carry the least weight. Bet on it. Rinse and repeat.

Im really enjoying the game without cheating to be fair, i've always used Art Money in every version back to SO3 or even 2 i cant remember not cheating. Anyway, try jumping forward a season, follow the form, punt, buy and sell cheap horses for a profit, and my particular favourite, line up a barney curly style across the card treble with your carefully laid out animals ridden by yourself . The options are endless, not cheating for the first time has really brought the game to life for me and i'm really, really enjoying it.

And this is totally fine BUT there are players like myself who simply buy the game for the league now and simply any time l have goes into that not tyring to build a stable. The simple reason why it over the years it got boring and l already see only 1 day after release multiple group winning unbeaten horses already showing as the problem is always the AI horses are too easy to beat so l dont see the point. To slack me off and say is pathetic is peoples opinions ITS not cheating as lm not buying the breeding barn to progress in game its a league think so cheating isnt involved its just a far easier option for certain players.

How hard is it then in that case to put it on easy, sell all the horses and use the approx 3m to get what you want?

2 games open running side by side, same day, race......... run a days races and look for the cosy or wide margin winners,control + esc and jump back to the start of that day with game you already have open, back the wide margin winners heavily and hey presto I have over 40 million within 2 weeks!!

FFS, and after 3 seasons in AI owner mode 38 horses from 3 owners and a multiple group 1 winning mare the game crashes and I lose everything!! Will leave it now until a few of the bugs are ironed out nad mark works his magic.
