 Retainers ?
Most of all the good jockeys are booked so we can't retain then them, do the become retainable at some point as ive played 4 seasons and they still stayed retained so im stuck with P Aspell and N Looby i would prefer Tom Queally

 Re: Retainers ?
It's easy enough to amend the trainers file so that your preferred jockey isn't retained by a trainer at the start of a game. Perhaps Mark can add something which makes it possible to lure jockeys away from other trainers though.

 Re: Retainers ?
Well I find that Ryan Moore is good, but the apprentice, Lawson (don't know first name) is always the one to bring my outsiders home 1st past the wire, in front of the favourite that Ryan Moore is riding.

 Re: Retainers ?
How does everyone manage to get the retainer on the right horse when you have a few horses at a few different meetings in the one day?
Say you enter a horse in the Derby and on the same day, a horse at Musselburgh and you have entered the horse in the derby first with the retainer but you don't realise that Mussleburgh is on the same day and you stick the retainer on that horse and you end up with a complete undesirable on your derby horse. That frustrates me.

 Re: Retainers ?
I would probably put the retainer on the last horse of the day, so, going by the example put him on your horse at Musselburgh then put him on your horse at Epsom last.
