First, thanks to Leon for helping and suggesting changes and enhancements. While I was hoping we could improve on previous versions of TOM, there are some really nice improvements already that will give the league admins a lot of flexibility and add to the league experience I hope.

The latest changes are as follows:

1. I've changed the backend so that the closing time in the database is the server time but added a little code so that the time continues to display UKT. The server is on a different time to UK hence if we display the time in the database as the closing time it could get a little confusing. That said, this change should not be visible to users unless the time difference changes eg daylight saving.

2. I've added another flag to race entries which will allow race secretaries to open and close races for selected weeks or even races. At this stage, only week 1 races should be open.

3. Hopefully, the other changes to the race entries to allow multiple entries for any selected race are now working correctly. This was a little extra work but a great addition as it gives enormous flexibility ... providing the code works.

I think Leon is about to make some announcements re trials. I'll leave that to him. We still have a fair bit to do but the trials will help sort out any issues and give you a sense that the league proper is not that far away.
