I'm probably one of those who have claimed this in the past. I thought I had posted this before but looking back I can't find it. I did post in PJ's stickied thread for his Schedule Challenge. And I did post a Japanese/UK triple double previously but never a UK/US triple double.

Anyway here's something I tried this evening just for the fun of it.

In a nutshell - Japanese/UK/US triple triple. Also the Arc and Melbourne Cup. Aside from throwing in a 6f Grp 1 race I don't think there's much else to throw this horse at :). I guess for completeness sake I should post the colt equivalent and I'll do that another evening as I'm keen to do some CK trialling to sort the league teams out but took a short break to have a little fun.

My only gripe, and this is a personal thing, is that I assume you use easy training so your horse is always fit to run, hence 19 runs in one season, totally unrealistic . Having said that, each to their own and I accept you're breeding monsters for the league rather than just enjoying the game.

Hopefully achieved without resorting to exiting to desktop, reloading and re-running the races over and over again until it wins? And that's just my personal gripe!

Actually it's only 13 races. For some reason when you import a horse as a 3 year old the 2 year old season is imported and not reset. It ran 6 horses as a 2 year old and 13 as a 3 year old. Even with easy training, the first part of the season between the 9/3 and 1/5 is tricky as you're running without the horse ever reaching a full green conditioning bar.

If I have to reload it wouldn't be fun now would it? :) FWIW it's about reaching a stage in breeding where the game horses don't have a chance.

Well if your horse is winning everything and the game horses have no chance what fun do you get I can see the enjoyment when you achieved what this horse as done first time round but if this is the norm in your game it must get tedious and boring that's just my opinion because I would get bord with the game

Actually you're not far off when you say it's boring. And that's the reason why since January I haven't bred any horses for the league. When I was breeding for the league it was simply a case of running 6 races in the 2 year old season and then 5 in the 3 year old and exporting after August for CK and then on to the next batch. About the only enjoyment was seeing a faster CK time and even then I think there's a finite limit to what one can achieve in CK. Perhaps I am wrong but in my games I've hit a wall. I don't know how Mark has coded the game but I have hit a wall in my times.

And I'm sure there will be lots of trainers showing up for the league. After all there is an element of variability in the game which is what makes it unpredictable. Even in my CK times a horse can have a bad run and clock 1/2 sec off it's fastest CK times. And then there's the going which adds another huge element. Given a stable size of 20, even with my plan to run 15 3 year olds I simply cannot cover every condition in a race for any given distance. But I'm sure the trainers all know that anyway. I know my times and I don't think I'm that far in front of the best trainers if at all. But we're close to finding out and that is the most fun thing about SO5 in awhile for me :).

You have hit a wall because I don't think horses can go any faster than you have got them going.

Its a great achievement by your horse. Lucky that the Melbourne cup was run in such a slow time. But all the other times are brilliant.

Just a question with all the records you have broken do most of your horses prefer firm ground. I have no firm ground horses in my stables just good, soft and very soft so the record times are out of reach for me.

Actually most of them are good going as reflected by the fact I breed solely based on ck at good going. I start a new game for every batch of breeding I do - a batch being one colt and 5 fillies which I choose based on horses bred previously. Breed a ton of horses export to ck test and repeat.
