I do know the results. But I would have said either Feat Ping or Get It Bits N Bobs. I think Feat Ping will win the Gold Cup by 7+ if there is a normal pace in the race. If they go slow then you just dont know. If they go fast, they wont, then the others might as well not turn up.

Dont think Matt is lacking in confidence or shyness

It is only banter. Personally I think there are a number of trainers who will have better 3yo's than me. But I do think someone will need a special horse to beat Feat Ping in the Gold Cup. But I said that last season and the race was ran at a crawl and mine didn't win. However come the Cadran and largely facing the same field she destroyed them off a decent pace.

But Im most confident of a G1 victory in the Melbourne Cup. You will NOT get him beat!

It would be nice to get an anti-post price on Tom if the betting was working, Did the old Tom have anti-post betting or did it just go week to week i cant remember its been so long.

Matt's got some nice horses for sure. I don't know about the gold cup as I have nothing to compare his horses against. For the Melbourne, I'd say it's going to depend on the weight carried as I fancy a few trainers will have a chance there actually. TBH I think he's got better chances at a grade 1 race elsewhere.
