Two questions:

A handful of jockeys in the game always win a higher percentage of races. I assume these 'more talented' jocks abilities also apply in the CK/League races? Who are the UK top jockeys?

In the league's first week races all horses have been reset to 'zero past form'. Any idea what the determining factor for their odds are? In later weeks will the odds reflect previous form in the league?
