 Re: UKRA Newsletter
Most impressive. Thanks for all the obvious hard work you put into it. I'd do a race or two if I can muster up some skill, talent and inspiration. I'll keep you posted.
As far as my charges. Two very surprising perfomances that I can only attribute to proper handicapping and good spotting. Rio has to be a horse for a course because that was not expected. Virginia Hill benefited from the dirt, a solid pace and a top ride. I can train - I just know my horses aren't on the same level as the top trainers.
This week my chances look even better. 6 wins is not impossible. Talamo in the Kentucky Derby. He woke up big time in the Derby in my game so maybe again?

 Re: UKRA Newsletter
The Race Wins table looks accurate. The Prize Money table is wrong though. I suspect you've counted some races twice there. I've only made 26 starts so far and won 50% of them. Given there have been just over 60 races in the two weeks, the number of starts is definitely off just eyeballing the trainers. Matt's 63 and Cairnsey's 72 starts are examples.

 Re: UKRA Newsletter
Top work mate. Not in the league but all the write ups and effort from you all is impressive, some fantastic stuff to have a look at, really miss being involved. Just noticed that some donkeys are getting in on the G1`s with very poor ratings should there not be a bracket maybe in future to stop the races getting cluttered with big fields and ruining another good horses chance? Trainers do need to be realistic with there targets but then maybe it them just on a learning curve.
Keep the good work up Guys.
