Post Jockeys advice
While playing my game im finding the jockey's (De souza) advice poor and quite the opposite. For example, my 7f horse just ran in a group3 and finished 2nd, it ran on, and was outpace, however, jockey advice is to drop down in trip?
Another example is my 5f horse who again was said to have "ran on" but de souza advises me to drop down in trip? obv there is no shorter trip as well.
I have a feeling that my jockey advice section has mixed the shorter and longer part up? is this possible?

Were the horses in question 2 year olds by any chance?

It's probably best you interpret the horses' run by watching rather than by going on what the jockey says. 2yo's quite often get the 'drop down a furlong' if they didn't quite get the 5f. If so, just give them more time. Sometimes form and jockey comments can be conflicting, like I said interpret it yourself to make an informed decision.

Distance/stamina take time to build up for 2yo's. So if your horse doesn't get whatever distance early in their career, this is likely to increase as they age.
