I was wondering if the NH ratings had been put on TOM yet? If so I think my 4m chaser has been really harshly treated! He seems to be rated 137 after finishing 4th in the 4m listed chase in week 3. I just wondered what the others from that were rated? I can't get onto the results, or see the other trainer's stables because it defaults back to mine. It seems a bit harsh because Blazon Ii has won a race and been placed in a group race and was only rated 131!

Its the racekit that has done the handicapping. So except for race 28 all races have been processed. Race 28 will only be processed on Thurdsay as the file is corrupt and i have to do it manually.

I have no idea how it got there except that you happened to finish close to some highly rated horses.

Log your complaints with Mark We probably need a handicapper for NH something for next season. I must say I agree with you. My highest rated horse is 138 so not sure how the racekit got there. There is nothing that can be done though.

I think the reason for the high rating is that there were a lot of quite highly rated horses in the field. But I'm not sure how Mark has programmed this. Happy mine ( master commander ) ran a shocker in that race then. As he should be ok off 122

My horse Mystic River has run 3 times over hurdles winning twice and 2nd first time up. It still has a rating of 100 over hurdles but it has a rating of 122 over fences. I could of ran it in a hurdle off 100 and it prob would of hacked up but I said it would be better to tell ye about it and to fix it.

Is this on the enter race page or view my stable? The ratings should be correct on view my stable.

The NH league has some issues. I have fixed stuff as the season as gone along but there are still issues from the first few weeks. The longer the season progresses the better everything will become. However the table where the horse ratings are stored is very difficult to access correctly. Ideally the ratings need to be stored in a another table but this can't be changed mid season. Its top of the list of changes to the database structure for next season.

As a rule for this season if your horses rating seems to be good to be true it probably is. And I would advice posting to check the horses rating
