It was also said trainers deliberately running their horses over the wrong distances would receive handicap penalties.

As you haven't received a handicap penalty I would like to make an official objection to Sharp Reply winning the Wokingham.

I think it is unfair on all the other trainers who have ran their horses honestly to be beaten by someone with the clear intention of abusing the rules. You had opportunities to run the horse in 6f maidens but deliberately chose to deceive the handicapper.

You can waffle on all you want. Before you reply I have already objected to one winner this season and the race was run again.

Matt if you have an objection please contact the stewards through the official route and they will adjudicate
if you want Caths contact details email me

doing this in public is not good for the lge

I have emailed you Paul. If someone wants to disrespect other trainers and boast about exploiting the rules on the forum I am going to reply.

Its obvious some people have exploited the distance rules to their advantage. And although no rules have been broken this goes against the spirit of the league.

Do then brag about this really shows a disrespect for all other trainers competing in the league.

The league was started on short notice so we could get some racing going. There some flaws in the set up. Exploiting these to your advantage is your choice but to then brag about this is disrespectful to all the othert hones trainers. What makes it worse is you complained about the horses initial handicap mark.

I'm not sure if this type of negative behavior is what anyone wants in the league. Its a sad state of affairs when someone goes to these lengths to achieve success in an online GAME.

Clearly this rule need to be looked at for next season. I would recommend a weight penalty for all horses running over a distance for the first time. But for now these type of threads are the threads That I want to eliminate going forward.
