 NHRA Race Entry Problem

Post NHRA Race Entry Problem

I'm trying to enter The Mad Monk in either race 12 or race 18 but TOM says it is ineligible for both.
Horse is a gr1 winner so preference would be race 18 if eligible.

Also, race 16 is a mares hurdle but is open to all sexes in TOM.

Ok, just finished my entries apart from The Mad Monk. Can you put him in race 18.
