Guys you are doing far better then when i first started i had a nightmare 1st season
i watched my horses trial in an embarrassing last in every race and gave up after a few weeks
but there is now so much more to aim for in the lge you will enjoy it and get the bug
and then your life will no longer be your own

Dads Lad (7th) - Promising run over a trip slightly too short. Made a lot of errors though.
Westmoreland Road (6th) - Excellent run from the gamebred in the bumper
Musa Jets (9th) - Expected little and he showed little
Bullfighter (7th) - Solid run from the returnee.
No Strings (UR) - Running quite well until unseating. He sustained an injury, hopefully he will be ok for next week
TC Flyer (5th) - GET IN, first prize money this season with a poor 5 out of 7 finishers. It's a start :)
Day Trip (3rd) - Leading on the run to the last but ran out of steam. Excellent run, could be a big player the 2m4 novice chase division
Prince Lune (2nd) - HELLO?! Another leading into the last but faded at the end. Very surprising run, he could be one to follow this season
Agage (9th) - Bit disappointment of the day, thought he would be the stable star! May need to go up in trip.
Zod (5th) - 3rd season veteran and he performed admirably over a trip slightly too far.

Delighted with my day, 4 in the money!

Paul - Sir Terminator looks an absolute beast!

R28 - William Tell - 2nd - Prefers 2 miles so very happy with run

R21 Soldier Blue (2nd) - good run on going much quicker than ideal. got outpaced at a vital stage but ran on well and just failed to catch the winner.
R22 Dusty Tools ((3rd) - decent effort. just found a couple of better rivals on the day.
R25 Boucher (2nd) - wants it soft/heavy to show his best. great effort.
R29 Wonder Of You (1st) - ran well and managed to hang on for the win. jockey kicked for home too early and almost got collared by Paul's horse in the closing stages.
R30 Top Of The World (3rd) - I don't rate my juvenile hurdlers very highly at all, so really pleased to see him run into a place.
R31 Sea Shanty (9th) - still wondering what happened with this one. it does mean she could be very well handicapped next time out.

A good day and a pretty decent week, once we moved away from Listowel and Tramore, for my stable.
well done all winners and placers.

Thanks Leon. I had forgotten about his race!

I thought mine did ok, with the exception of Bandito in race 21 who did excellently, he wants softer ground in game so it will be interesting if he can follow up when the ground gets softer. The others finished midfield which means I ought to be able to find a nice handicap or two for them. If I get time I'm going to try to breed some more before Saturday to see if I can get my numbers up a bit.

A bit of a   day for me.

Welsh Oak fell
Long Engagment 1st, fab run.
Sidbury Hill 4th, good run on fast ground wants a bog.
Barney Knows 3rd, very happy with that, the least talented horse in my team.
Flying Oats 0, head scratcher will get a good h'cap mark.
Mossvile Fell
Mass Appeal 3rd, to many mistakes but still happy with the run.
Dawn Run 5th, didn't seem to stay the distance

Estoril (13th) - Last. He was a G1 juvenile hurdler last season but gave possibly the worst performance I have seen in the league! An absolute stinker but what a handicap mark to play with.
Galaxy Role (8th) - A couple of early mistakes sent him back but a decent return
Suit and Tie (11th) - Headed half a mile out and faded badly
Ibiza (7th) - One of my worst horses but may spring a surprise on heavy ground during the winter
Zod World (10th) - Not a good start over fences for this returnee
Lunigan (10th) - Finished closer than the result suggests

After the high of some good places yesterday, a big bump back down to earth today.

Things may well improve when some of last years winners return in the next week or two.

Thank you for running the races guys, it's great to be back

I only uploaded 15 horses this season. Did quite a bit of breeding over 2m and 2m 4f but only bred 1 generation past last seasons team over the longer distances.

After doing so well last season, I had high hopes for some of this seasons horses, especially over the shorter distances.

I did have one winner in race 24, a 2m hurdle race and a 2nd in race 31, a 2.1m chase race but the rest were very disapointing.

The standard of this seasons races seems much higher than in previous seasons.

Just have to keep my fingers crossed that some of my horses do better in week 2.

Standard has risen about 25% as an estimation
