Had another couple of placings this week. National Rose gave me another placing in a Group race which gives me hope I can compete in the jumps league. Cant wait to run in the Grand National - I now understand all the excitement over this race and I've got the bug. National Rose's dam is a 2 time winner of the Grand National and she has won it once.

Quiet Please put away all challengers to head for victory - that is until Ghostzapper's Rig Steel lifted up and snatched victory from me in the final strides. My first jumps victory can't be too far off.

Congrats all for another fine week in racing.

Good to see u enjoying the jumps, the bad news is it will take more of u spare time away from u. Sorry about taking u first win of u. U can have two in the national( u could last year) so make sure u got two horses.

well atm ghost I am breeding off of my best horses I tend to use 1 stallion a season and pair him with all my mares and its getting decent results .....I am struggling a little with getting gd speed ratings even tho I am using horses with gd ratings for them I also find I am getting a lot of 2 mile 4 horses which Is annoying but as I say all my breeding is a work in progress

any advice wud be great cheers

Over jumps the speed bars mean nothing, I think they are very important on the flat. Look for good 3m4+ furlong horses in the game breeding barn . It only takes one and it will improve u horses fast. Last season a game bred horse won the gold cup. Never have the same distance horses bred, like have a 2m4 horse with a 3m4 horse. U must trail regular and always have a nice pace in trails.

Which trainer are u.

Hill Trix 0, only ran because she's on her way out.
Sybillin 3rd, ran another nice race.
French Holly 1st, won so it was ok performance.

Great day on the flat and a great day over the jumps.
4 winners from 8 runners
Needwood Comet, Black Spot On and Three Pips all won handicaps.
Blue Flower won the G2 Juv hurdle with some talented horses in behind.
The rest finished 4th, 6th, 9th and Unseated.

R1 Sea Shanty (U) - challenging for a place when unseating at the last.
R3 Beware Of The Hare (2nd) - in front way too early. did well to finish a clear 2nd.
R4 Pinewood (3rd) - good effort. beaten by better horses.
R5 Sculpture (2nd) - much better run this time. Davy's winner was too good.
R7 Tobermory (11th) - made mistakes and was never going. a day to forget.
R8 Age Of Reason (6th) -
R10 Oblivious (8th) - desperate effort.

well done all winners and placers.

Well done.

That Juvenile winner won well and its a bit of a freak with being a flat horse from last season.

Estoril (9th) - Been a huge disappointment so far this season
Dads Lad (UR) - Unseated at the last when fading badly
Day Trip (5th) - Blundered the first and never really recovered
Agage (Fell) - Fell at the first but he has bigger targets to come
Say My Name (13th) - Second last, poor performance
Champ In Trouble (6th) - A slow jump at the last cost the chance of some money. Needs further but is limited as he wanted shorted last season
Zod World (UR) - Unseated when well beaten. Been shocking so far
Sepang (3rd) - Pretty sure he finished 5th but his best run for a while
Lundos (11th) - Last, completely outclassed

A couple in the money but overall some poor performances

Well done to all winners and placers

Plenty of nice runs today.

Dawn Run 7th terrible trainer, she struggles to stay 2m and yet I run her over 2n2 :(
City Hall 5th becoming a bit disappointing.
His Song 2nd always shows up to the party.
Greenhills joy 2nd, ran well again
Welsh Oak 1st, getting better every run.

R11 Top Of The World (5th) - was hoping to finish a bit closer. might improve for another 1f.
R12 Wonder Of You (3rd) - ran ok. found a couple too good today.
R13 Carmen Black (1st) - slow jump at the last almost cost her the win but she rallied gamely and got her head in front on the line.
R14 Upside Down (5th) - good run. winner was far too good.
R15 Soldier Blue (11th) - another abysmal effort.
R16 A Deeper Blue (3rd) - solid effort. had no chance with the winner.
R17 Celebrate (2nd) - I thought she had the race in the bag jumping the last until I noticed Davy's horse finishing twice as fast.
R18 Shakespeare (2nd) - great effort. just found 1 that little bit too good on the day.
R19 Dusty Tools (7th) - struggled to make an impression over hurdles.
R20 Run Amok (3rd) - ran well but was no match for the winner.

Well done all winners and placers.
