the race was classified incorrectly as a maiden so none of my checks where in place to implement the handicap rules. Should have been classified as a handicap and this would not have happened.

Horse will be disqualified and result amended in Tom.

I will say sorry to Leon I didn't realise when doing the schedule when adding Maiden Handicaps that tom couldn't detect this I coded has a Maiden race so horse couldn't enter it that had won a race I am sure guys that this was a mistake of the trainer whose horse showed up that it could run in it so popped it in and not done on purpose but then again what do I know .

Sorry it was 10, 10, 9 and then stepped up to 12. This maybe "within the rules" but is it really what people want to see in the league. Could see it coming before the season even started.

This happens when you play training game with AI Owners and then try to open the race builder.
If you open the more usual Trainer/Owner game and then quit, the race builder works fine.
I hope that makes sense.
