Re: NH : Talk Reaction Banter
Bullfighter (4th) - Ran on pretty well to collect some money Musa Jets (1st) - Won the Classic Chase to go with a Paul Moores qualifier! What a horse! Zod World (8th) - Not a bad run, needs a longer trip Suit and Tie (1st) - Back in handicap company and absolutely romps home in the Lanzarote by over 8 lengths! Zod (6th) - Probably had too much weight Estoril (8th) - A distant last in the Clarence House Sky Ferreira (9th) - A blunder at the last meant she was beaten further than it should have been Day Trip (3rd) - Stayed on from a long way back. Good to see him return to form The team are well and truly back on form with 2 big handicap wins! Just 3 wins away from last seasons total of 11. Thanks Ghost. I was surprised your horse didn't get up to be honest Congrats to Sirus on his first NH win, I know he has been waiting a while

Re: NH : Talk Reaction Banter
A poor day today. I think we need a pacemaker in these 3m Group 1s, they are run at a farce pace.
Couldn't be Better 0, a shocker needs pace. Vagador 3rd, a never near 3rd. His Song 4th, another average performance. Gaye Brief 2nd, this horse is doing my head in, always runs on when its to late.
Well done to all the group 1 winners.

Well done to all the group 1 winners. What you need is my Grey Monk John he likes to set the pace but he's just not good enough to run in G1 Gray

Well done to all the group 1 winners. What you need is my Grey Monk John he likes to set the pace but he's just not good enough to run in G1 Gray The worst thing is I've got a few front runners but none for the 3m soft chase races. Hopefully if Lo Stregone gets in the gold cup he will front run and we will find out who the best horse is, even my other horse will put some pace in the race. I think there's nothing worse than having no pace in championship races. Congrats on u Welsh National win I think we need to win the the English version now.

Re: NH : Talk Reaction Banter
Its worse in the staying races on the flat. Almost anything that leads wins. Thats more of a farce.

Its worse in this years chasers, drum taps goes a even pace we haven't even had that in the King George and the Irish Hennessey. The Irish race today was the slowest race I've ever seen.

Re: NH : Talk Reaction Banter
The races are a joke. Half the field were out the screen in the Goodwood Cup at halfway. Cant possibly win from there. Is that is whats happening in the chases?

Re: NH : Talk Reaction Banter
Drum Taps speed in the Goodwood Cup? 29/30mph
Pace in the Hennessey and King George? 28mph.
One race is run on the flat. Two are run over fences in soft ground. Which race is lacking pace?

They struggled to go any sort of pace. 1F 23mph 2F 22mph 3F 29mph 4F 23mph 5F 27mph 6F 28mph 7F 27mph 8F 29mph 9F 26mph Even with 1m5f to go the front horse was running between 25-26-27. In the King George the jockey pulled my horse over 8 times.
